A wide range of supervisory and managerial responsibilities required to schedule, utilize, operate, maintain, and improve buildings, facilities and grounds. DUTIES INCLUDE:
Scheduling: Manage and approve all Clubhouse scheduling, Maintain Clubhouse calendar in conjunction with activity calendar, Update and execute contracts for Clubhouse rentals, Recruit and schedule Club Representatives or Club Employees to be on site during Club and rental activities.
Operations: Manage routine and special housekeeping activities, Maintain and repair Clubhouse and grounds, Manage, design and oversee construction of Clubhouse improvements (in cooperation with WCWF), Identify and manage building contractors, Purchase building related supplies, Recruit members for occasional help.
